Been working here for the past 9 months now with We Buy Any Car & I absolutely love it. Everyone here are amazing right from reception to other office workers (which is a plus)! Newman Flexible Workspace has always been a pleasure to work at, especially over the last few months. Their health and safety measures and COVID precautions such as a check-in system, temperature regulations and social distancing has made me feel nothing but safe and welcomed throughout the pandemic. I would definitely recommend their offices or co-working space for anyone who is looking for a friendly, safe space to work from. 

Newman Flexible workspace are leading the way with keeping their clients safe. Providing them with a virus free environment on all touch points and surfaces. They are having virus decontaminations carried out every 28 days in their workspace to ensure everyone is as safe as they can be. They are also temperature checking all clients as soon as they enter the premises and making sure everyone is sanitising before entering the rest of the building. They take this very seriously and everything is done within the government guidelines I cannot express how much they have gone above and beyond. Keeping the workspace safe is essential! The people within the building are extremely kind and helpful always going that extra mile to ensure everyone in the workspace is comfortable they could not provide a better service if they tried.  

Newman offices are the best I’ve worked in the Bromley area. Always clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Lee and team go above and beyond to help.  

I’ve been a tenant for six months now and have really enjoyed my time here. Management and staff are always helpful and cheery. Nothing is too much trouble; they even fitted a mirror for my photography headshot sessions, that I run there. The facilities are top notch and it’s very easy to access and for clients to visit as it’s very close to Bromley town centre. I also know of several people who have booked rooms for training and events and have been very happy. Great place to do business; I highly recommend!  

I use Newman for virtual office in quiet periods and physical office in busy periods. They are very accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend them.  

Having occupied an office for past few weeks we have found the environment very professional and accommodating, The ladies (Aimee & Jane) who manage the business centre and reception are most professional and helpful – They have made our team feel most welcome, The Technology available is excellent and our “move in” was seamless. Both the office space and communal areas throughout the building are spotless and are most conveniently situated for both local amenities and travel. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services provided at Newman Business Centre – First Class.  

I have been visiting the Newman Flexible Workspace for three years now often to spend time collaborating with other small business owners or just to enjoy getting on with my own business in the company of others. It’s always immaculately clean, Jane and Aimee are always so helpful and so lovely, nothing is too much trouble, and they always go the extra mile – even making helpful suggestions on places for lunch! I love the friendly atmosphere here, all the other businesses I’ve met who use the centre are great and there’s a really nice sense of community which I really enjoy. It’s a fab centre and ideally positioned next to Bromley North train station – oh – and it’s unbelievably reasonably priced! Get away from the distractions of working at home – come to Newman!  

The room was a great size, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, and it was very reasonably priced. We filmed an ITV pilot there and would definitely book again.  BM

Since moving in we have been made to feel very welcome by everyone here and all requests that we have had have been dealt with very quickly. 10 out of 10 for customer service and the general atmosphere created by the staff. I wish we had been here years ago. 

I have worked in various Business centres over the years with different companies and I can honestly say Jane, Aimee, Jaya and team are incredible. Great level of customer service, always available for assistance as well as going the extra mile to make sure we are happy. Building is always spotless. Would recommend any business to Newman

I’ve moved from studio to studio in London searching for one that works for me both creatively and professionally and Newman is absolutely perfect. As a young female working alone, sometimes into the evening, I’ve never felt so safe – the security system is fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and super comfortable. The studios are stunning – I have 2 large opening windows so I get to enjoy the sunshine pouring through the room each morning. And, big perk – units are cleaned in the evening for you. Did I mention tea and coffee is available free of charge all day? I can’t see myself leaving any time soon. Would highly recommend!
